LAN Computer Technology Servicing Ltd. was founded in 1991.
It is a completely Hungarian proprietary enterprise - the owners are, at the same time, the employees of the company. The numbers of employees of LAN Ltd. are 30 at present.

Our major target is to provide a fast and effective service to our numerous clients.
We have ISO 9001 Quality Management System since 1999, and ISO 27001 Information Security Management System since 2008.

LAN Ltd. played a portentous role in the spreading of structured-cabled systems. Due to the continual monitoring of demands and possibilities, we were among the first few in Hungary to start building structured systems (data, voice and video transferring parallel) and to distribute the materials necessary to these systems.

LAN Ltd. started the production Category 6 cabling before the introduction of the patent, and we have high level optical networking knowledge.

In order to keep space with the latest technical developments and to provide a high quality service, our colleagues participate in regular education in Hungary as well as in abroad. In accordance with the trend described, the number of college graduates from information technology is increasing at LAN.  

The continual progress of information and network technology necessitates the constant development of our production profile and the system constructing technologies applied. While in the first couple of years the setting up and distribution of coax networks dominated, in 1995 and 1996 twisted core wires (shielded or unshielded) and optical networks took over. The more and more demanding and voluminous networks resulted significant raise in income and clientele.

In order to keep our production and distribution prices and the favorable image of our work, with respect to our material consumption, we have developed excellent direct relations with US and Western European companies to obtain the best deliveries. Due to the careful selection of our partners, the range of productions of LAN Ltd. makes a permanent and quality supply of parts possible for building any type of network, from the basics (e.g. cable channel) to special products (e.g. GIGA Ethernet Switch). Our direct and well-organized supplies provide our customers with reasonable prices and certified good quality without delay. Our product range consists of products certified and internationally accepted by independent test-laboratories.

The technical development has made the fast and highly reliable operation of networks, parts of networks possible without cable connection - with the use of wireless data-transmission.

As a result of the construction of structured systems, the trading of installed telephone-systems at LAN Ltd. is continuously increasing alongside the distribution of data-transmitting systems.

To provide better service to our customers, we have significantly increased our developmental and production capacity, as a result of which switching boxes, accessories, cables, optical accessories, and cables - custom-designed, if necessary - are provided to domestic and foreign customers in appropriate quality, quantity, price and composition.

According to the requirements of the current market situation, we often play the role of subcontractors of multinational companies. As a recognition of the quality of our service of this form we have established a close relationship between LAN Ltd. and Alcatel, Bull, Multicon. With the increasing number of our projects it became necessary to build our own, permanent subcontractor relations.

On the basis of our achievements in the Hungarian market we think that it is important and obligatory to keep the clear image and quality standards of our company, thus our activities are only connected to light-current networks.

It is the direct consequence of technical development that computer technology becomes more and more network oriented. The emergence of intelligent network management units and the spreading of network management techniques and their popularity necessitate the expansion of the network technical related activities alongside with services connected to computer technology.

Where necessary LAN Ltd. undertakes the service tasks over in a guarantee period and provides system control.

The main goal of LAN ltd. is to provide better, complete and professional service to customers.
